D3.5 Patient Journey Selector

Microservice that allows the simulation of clinical results (outcomes) by clinical journey, through the integration and processing of data from various sources (electronic medical records, PGHD, authorization, and insurance billing data, etc.). The product will integrate data from WP 12 (D.1), including the ability to identify groups of patients with different clinical pathways and simulate the impact on clinical outcomes when choosing alternative clinical pathways.
