WP14 - E-learning platform
About
WP 14 aims the development of an innovative electronic platform for the training, qualification, and certification of healthcare professionals, geared towards best clinical practices using clinical decision algorithms.
The aim is to create an integrated e-learning system for clinicians, managers, and patients, oriented towards health outcomes, based on value (VBHC - Value Based Healthcare) and the best technical and scientific knowledge available. The contents of this platform will be developed by the “Value4Health Solutions” vertical's action matrix and updated according to the data obtained in the other Work Packages (WP 12, 13, and 14). We, therefore, propose the design and development of an LMS4H (Learning Management System for Health) platform which will provide dynamic multimedia training content for professionals, researchers, and patients, adapted to mobile platforms, with learning models based on algorithms that shape the knowledge, evaluation and, consequently, the actions of health professionals to achieve the best medical practices and a digital certification process, in line with the most modern information technologies.
