D1.1 Meliora VBHC

A local hospital platform that makes it possible to implement an integrated clinical governance model, centered on the citizen and more efficient in terms of the resources allocated. This platform allows the integration with all the hospital's existing data systems, including administrative data, exams, and consultations, among others, collecting all this information in a single data repository. Collecting the data will allow access to all the information about the user during their journey through the hospital, and it will then be possible to measure the costs of this activity.
