A4.3.2 Tool for analyzing clinical software use

A tool for tracking the use of healthcare systems from structures that collect usage logs/data visualization in healthcare systems. The product allows to infer tasks, workflows and navigations that can enhance the learning of the system, allowing not only the improvement of the system, the presentation of the data and even its treatment, but also allowing inferences to be made about functionalities to be improved, discontinued or created. The product will be based on a dashboard using heatmaps, user flow, activity score and data usage.
