A4.4.3 Connectors for connecting to data lakes

A set of tools based on health communication standards (e.g. FHIR) and security technologies (e.g. anonymization or pseudonymization) to facilitate connection to data lakes, allowing, for example, queries to traditional databases (hospital, primary care, laboratories, home) to be sent to data lakes. These tools will make use of a catalog that includes: a. a repository with standardized FHIR resources; b. profiles in the areas of Obstetrics, Neonatology, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Community Health, Breast Cancer, and Adverse Reactions; and c. standardization and certification processes.
