This Work Package aims to train research centers in Portugal in terms of human resources, processes and methodologies, and the equipment and infrastructure needed to strengthen and sophisticate the conduct of clinical studies, especially phase I trials, multicenter and decentralized clinical studies, i.e. those of greater complexity.
