Governance of the Project

Guidance and Supervisory Board

This board is made up of one representative from each of the Consortium Members and will carry out strategic decision-making and supervisory functions.
(defined in clause 5 of the consortium contract).

Head of Consortium

Ensures the general coordination of the Mobilising Agenda and the dialogue and cooperation with the various Members of the Consortium regarding the accomplishment of the Consortium's object
(defined in clause 7 of the consortium agreement).

Advisory Board

Composed of three representatives of the Parties, namely CENTi, the University of Coimbra and Plux.
(defined in clause 6 of the supplementary agreement to the consortium contract)

Audit Committee

Composed of three representatives of the Parties, namely CENTi, the University of Coimbra and Plux.
(defined in clause 6 of the supplementary agreement to the consortium contract)

General Project Coordination

Supports the Head of the Consortium in the permanent monitoring and coordination of the implementation of the Mobilising Agenda and to whom the Coordinating Committees of the vertical and transversal projects will report.
(defined in clause 9 of the consortium contract)

Work Package Leader

The leaders of each Work Package in each vertical or horizontal will report to the General Coordinator and have the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the progress of their WP inserted in the respective vertical and/or horizontal;
  • Ensure that the proposed deliverables are delivered on time;
  • Liaising with the General Coordinator to monitor the activities per WP in each of the verticals and/or horizontals, to guarantee the milestones.

Coordinating Committees

The Coordinating Committees of each vertical or horizontal project are made up of the coordinators of the work packages that integrate those projects.

Each vertical and horizontal project has appointed a representative to form the executive team of the Coordinating Committees whose role is to ensure the coordination of each of those projects.
